    whos the guy in the lower right with green hair? (not N)
    and the guy with the blue hair?
    were they in the games? cuz i dont remember them .__.

    The guy on the right with green hair is called Mitsuru in Japanese, if my memory is good, we meet him in the Pearl, Diamond and Platinum versions.
    And about the other one, this is Daigo, who's also known as Steven Stone in English, he is the league champion in the Ruby and Sapphire versions.

    I'm pretty sure Wally is from Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald. I've never met him in Pearl but I did meet him in my emerald so yeah...

    Steven Stone is the one with the blue hair. He appears in Ruby and Sapphire helping the player along, and is the champion. He then appears in Emerald, helping the player.

    The guy with the green hair is Wally. He only appears in Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald.
