Shi Qingxuan is an elemental god of wind, also known as "The Wind Master". He is the younger brother of the Water Master Shi Wudu. He is the subject of one of the Four Famous Tales, known as "The Little Lord who Poured Wine".
Shi Qingxuan is extremely popular and wealthy, due to the fact that he shares temples with his brother, who is worshiped as the god of wealth. Shi Qingxuan has a carefree and frivolous personality, and gets along with most people he meets. He is best friends with Ming Yi, and also formed a fast bond with Xie Lian, despite only knowing him for a short time.
Most of Shi Qingxuan's followers believe him to be a woman, and for this reason he is more powerful in a female form. He was also raised as a girl for part of his childhood, and because of this he feels quite comfortable in the body of a woman. He switches between his male and female forms quite frequently, and will often encourage other gods to do the same.
Shi Qingxuan's spiritual weapon is a fan with the character 风 (Fēng) which can create great gusts of wind.
