Kousuke Seto is the 2nd member of the Mekakushi Dan. He is the “nice guy” of the group. Seto is a kind-hearted person which makes it easy for him to make friends.

He possesses the “Stealing Eyes” which gives him the power to read other people’s minds upon eye contact.
