She was first mentioned in the Fate/Character Material entry detailing Waver’s life after the events of [Fate/zero].

She is actually a young girl at the bottom of the family’s hierarchy who became head after Kayneth's death and Waver restoring the clan and thus recognized his achievements, but only does so while letting him know that everything was his fault and that he will have to serve her for his entire life.
