Oogami Ichirou – Sakura Taisen – _Images

He was chosen to head the Hanagumi when he proved himself capable during a test of a Koubu prototype at sea. In the TV series, he temporarily assumed the role of Assistant Commander. One interesting note about Ogami is that though he is the primary protagonist of the Sakura Taisen games, he plays a minor role in the anime and manga adaptions.
