A talisman issued by a Shinto shrine; in anime, the strips of paper sometimes used as magic weapons. Ofuda typically appear as small, elongated rectangular pieces of paper, inscribed with calligraphy or printed symbols representing deities, prayers, or blessings.
Fujiwara no Mokou from Touhou uses Red-White colored ofuda as hair bows, or as charms on her clothes.
