The second eldest brother. Wears a blue hoodie with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows. Can be identified by his thick, furrowed eyebrows and his standard two ahoge.

Karamatsu is described to be "painful" by his brothers due to his pretentious behavior and flamboyant fashion sense. He is obsessed with his image as a cool and dependable big brother, leading him to play the guitar, wear sunglasses and a leather jacket, and over-use English phrases. His brothers find this behavior embarrassing, and often bully him for it.
