Also known as "Blue Chaika", she is the mastermind behind Ricardo's and Count Gard's actions to ignite a new war. Originally created to assemble Arthur Gaz´s remains, just like the other Chaikas, Layla made use of her knowledge of chemistry and wits to enthrall rich men to do her bidding, until she discovered that neither her nor the other Chaikas are real and abandoned her original mission, focusing on taking revenge for being manipulated by having the continent ravaged by conflict.
