Hanayo is closest to Hoshizora Rin because they have been good friends since they were children though gets along with Yasawa Nico because both of them are knowledgeable when it comes to idols. In fact, it has been her dream to become an idol ever since they were children. Also of note is that Hanayo is good when it comes to handling children and is known for her catchphrase “Help me!” depending on the media. She is called “Kayochin” by her friend Rin.
