Kai Toshiki is the calm and collected highschooler at Hitsue High School. He is one of the country’s best Vanguard players who only likes battling with other strong Vanguard players. Kai is the serious type who doesn’t talk much to anyone except when he’s battling. He initially started out using the Kagero Deck which he later exchanged for the Narukami Deck.
