Julia is a delightful and puzzling lady from both Spike and Vicious' pasts. At first Vicious' sweetheart and potentially a Syndicate part herself, she and Spike began an unsafe issue that prompted Spike offering to desert the Syndicate and run off with her, notwithstanding the way that the Syndicate rebuffs departure with death.
