General Information

"Hololive" is an agency for VTubers who initially managed Tokino Sora & Roboco.

They later created a group of VTubers (generation 1 & 2) in 2018. Hololive's 3rd generation members were introduced under the name "Hololive Fantasy" in 2019 and the 4th generation members were introduced in December 2019.

A sub unit, "Hololive Gamers", was introduced in December 2018. It consists of the already established Shirakami Fubuki as well as Ookami Mio, who joined as a new member in that month. Nekomata Okayu & Inugami Korone both joined as new members of "Hololive Gamers" in April 2019.

Sakura Miko, an independent VTuber who debuted in August 2018, was recruited in December and is managed by Hololive since then.

AZKi & Hoshimachi Suisei joined Hololive's music label "Inonaka Music" in May 2019.

Suisei later transferred from Inonaka Music to Hololive main branch in November 2019, resulting in a lesser focus on music and more VTuber activities akin to the other members.

"Hololive", "Inonaka Music" & "Holostars" were brought together under the same management labeled as Hololive Production in December 2019.

The Hololive Main YT Channel published the 3D animated web series "Miko no Tsutome" focusing on Shirakami Fubuki. A follow-up series starring all members, "Holo no Graffiti" (or Holo Anime) is currently published in a weekly format. The channel also posts highlight videos, promotional content, group streams etc.

Hololive also has branches featuring VTubers from non-japanese regions, Hololive China & Hololive Indonesia. An english branch is currently in progress.
