One of the two playable characters of Touhou's Double Spoiler.
A tengu with the power of long-range spirit photography using a cellphone-like device, thus ridding her of the need to go outside, and rival of fellow tengu/journalist/protagonist Shameimaru Aya. Like Aya, she also circulates her own newspaper, the Kakashi Nenpo ("Kakashi Spirit News").
Her appearance and expressions bear a resemblance to Shirai Kuroko of To Aru Kagaku no Railgun.
