General Information:

Haiyore! Nyaruko-san (Japanese: 這いよれ! ニャル子さん lit. Crawl Up! Nyaruko-san) or otherwise known as “Nyaruko-san: Another Crawling Chaos”, is an H.P. Lovecraft’s-inspired light novel series by Manta Aisora.
Haiyore! Nyaruko-san has themes around comedy, romance and lots of satire.
It was published in Softbank Creative’s GA Magazine since April 2009.
Haiyore! Nyaruko-san ended with twelve horrifyingly-good episodes on March 2014.

It wasn’t long after its debut back in 2009 that DLE Studios decided to work on the anime adaptation of Haiyore! Nyaruko-san.
Azuma Tani and Manta Aisora also worked on the project as director and scriptwriter for the entire series.
It was later renamed to “Haiyore! Nyaruani: Remember My Mr. Lovecraft” which premiered on December 2010 on BS11 Digital and AT-X.
Haiyore! Nyaruko-san quickly ended its run on February 2011 with 11 episodes.

Plot:
"Haiyore! Nyaruko-san follows the seemingly average Mahiro Yasaka who until recently was being chased by a mysterious black alien.
When all hope is lost, a silver-haired girl jumps in to save him.
She later introduces herself as the Cthulhu deity of chaos, Nyarlathotep, or Nyaruko for short. She explains that creatures from H.P. Lovecrafts works are actually different races of aliens and that they are coming to Earth.
Nyaruko has been sent to Earth to protect him from all mythical creatures in H.P. Lovecrafts works.
They are later joined by Cthugha, also an alien and Hastur, son of the owner of CCE and also an alien, and end up freeloading at Mahiro’s place.
Mahiro’s life will never be the same as he is plunged in a world of mystery, fantasy and even the supernatural."

Update:

Xebec Studios worked on a sequel to the original series Haiyore! Nyaruko-san which premiered on TV Tokyo and AT-X on April 2012.
Haiyore! Nyaruko-san season 2 ended with 12 fun-filled episodes and an OVA to wrap it up.
Haiyore! Nyaruko-san W is the third installment of the franchise also under Xebec.
It ended with 12 episodes and an OVA on June 2013.
