A Flying Officer from the Suomus Air Force, Elma was the previous squadron commander of the Suomus Independent Volunteer Air Squadron, but handed her position over to Anabuki Tomoko after the fall of Slussen.

She is a clumsy girl who is constantly falling over. Even though she lacks self-confidence – and is therefore constantly apologizing – there is no doubt about her natural aerial ability.
