Take Moon is a 2-Volume crossover manga series by Type-MOON staff member Takenashi Eri. It features the characters from Tsukihime, Kagetsu Tohya, MELTY BLOOD & [Fate/stay night] in various hilarious situations.

The January issue of Ichijinsha's Monthly Comic Rex magazine announced that an anime adaptation of Take Moon has been launched. The OVA will be released in summer 2011 and is called Carnival Phantasm!
