  Well, first off, it would be impossible. Zatsune is one of the most forgotten fanloids in Japan. Deino never mentioned Zatsune in Bacterial Contamination. That means that Zatsune getting tagged in this picture was possibly an error. The person in the picture is Miku's nightmare counterpart, Calne CA.
  
  But, hey. If you want to think that it's Zatsune in the picture, I'm fine with that.
