    I don't think this from "The Tailor Shop on Enbizaka", since Luka don't wear a red kimono, green obi and yellow hairpin.

    Yes she does... red for Meiko (the wife), green for Miku (eldest daughter, I believe) and yellow for for the youngest (Kagamine). They all were objects the man of her affection gave to his family.

    I think Ichi_kafan is saying that in this picture Luka isn't wearing all that stuff so it isn't based on "The Tailor Shop on Enbizaka" song.
