You guys do know that CLAMP is a group of four women who each do manga together and on their own, hence the different art styles. Compare the art from Magic Knight Rayearth to XXXHolic.
Horitsuba Gakuen is a part of that team, and these characters are either done in her main art style or she help created them for the joint style mangas.
