lol, the tag 'dog (personifcation)' was added as if its the dog breed, maltese - but i think they meant the country - the flag is even there.

the tag 'dog ( personification )' is correct since the artist indicated it so in their original post on pixiv =). The flag is for where the breed name was originated from.
