btw xD wasn't Sion and Allens hair first brown, but after Allen got cursed and Nezumi removed that thingy out of Sion both of their hair turned white?

Yeah. Besides of all the similarities, did you notice one thing? No.6 ended and Nezumi went somewhere, not long time after it, Yu returned to D.Gray-Man. Allen is still not found and episode 12 (on DVD only though) still hasn't come out. I bet, that when the episode 12 will come out, not long time after this we will meet with Allen XD

the only difference between kanda and nezumi is the lengh of hair, allen and sion is the shape of thier red mark and together the difference is the one year difference...
Kanda and Allen = 15yrs
Nezumi and Sion = 16yrs -

No.6 were created (as novel) 2003, while D.Gray-man released as manga 2004.
So the story No.6 was out before D.Gray-man, but I don't know about the character designs since you never get a detailed description, except Shion's white hair, scar and purple eyes (the anime changed them to red).
When it comes to Nezumi he was described with grey eyes, shoulder long hair at age 12, ear long hair at age 16, shoulder long hair AGAIN in the end of the novel (I believe the writer changed his appearance after the anime released, or something like that).
So there's nothing more than coincidences. -
