Leeks have existed long before Vocaloid. They can't just claim ownership of an entire vegetable.

    Hey people. Leek=/= Miku.

Its a vegetable. Been around before Miku and cannot be associated with her. Just because its a character item of hers doesnt mean that EVERY ANIME CHARACTER HOLDING A LEEK is a fan of hers. Its like saying every character holding a Hamburger is a fan of Alfred/America.

^ thats because other anime character did not had them until Miku got them >.> therefore, Yukio is Miku's fan, or y would he hold Leek instead of cabbage?

^ LoL no. that leek (or negi) holding phenomena is just a meme, namely LOITUMA GIRL. Not necessarily MIKU or anywho, MEME is a MEME.
It's just that negi is miku's character item.

and plus, you could always see negi present in japanese cuisines so, makes sense why you always find negi on animes.

    Well.
I found this poster HILARIOUS. Regardless of whether it's just a meme or not!! =w=

Whatever people are gonna say... It's funny none the less. Yes, the leek is JUST A LEEK. But!!! It is commonly associated with Miku. So, chill bro

Disappointed because I've always thought Yukio was the type to be a closet Kagamine Rin fan. :'(

Yup, it IS a spring onion, although I don't know why they made it so leek-like. . . spring onions aren't that ginormous, they barely make a half-centimetre radius. :P But it's a funny poster. XD

Although it'd be funnier if it were Farfetched. XDDD

Guess what? Farfetch'd, the pokemon, was out way before Miku. And what does that pokemon carry? A leek. So, not a Miku fan. Farfetch'd fan.
