This is based off the song "Kutabare PTA" (**** You PTA) by Hatsune Miku. In short, the song is about Miku being a rebelious teenager and goes off breaking the law and trying to show the adults that she isn't just another bratty child.
However, in the video, there are a lot of, um...sexual implications...(i.e. Miku reading a porno in one part of the video, and then there are what appear to be street sign designs with sexual positions contained within them while Miku sings "I want to do that, I want to do this..."
