I agree with HanaHiroshi, mi$$koolaid, Demon-Angel and SakuraDust. It's probably like this because Yaoi and shonenai are mostly created by female authors. Sigh...
At first, I read over "in comparison", which made it sound like Yaoi guys = crap and so people who'd equate Yaoi guys with "real men" (XD) would get the wrong idea (= crap). Misunderstandings... ~_~ -

a real guy won`t ever understand the heart of a woman even in 1000000 years and even if a man in real life tells you sweet words he won`t ever compare to those yaoi couples in anime/manga and even if the couples are straight real guys can`t compare it`s sad but true T___T
from my point of view those who said it`s not true it`s because you don`t expect more so for you it`s enough i think it`s just as simple as that ...well i could be wrong :P -
