Hi I’m sorry for sounding mean but tohruks name is spelt wrong it is “tohru” not “tooru”

I think it depends on system you use for romanization. The one that is most commonly used (and is used by Zerochan as well) would transliterate her name as Tooru.
Although Tohru (and long 'o' vowel spelled as 'oh' in general) is a non-standard one, it is also correct and sometimes used, especially in transliterations done by Japanese people. However, I don't know if there is any officially released spelling of her name in Latin alphabeth. I checked the official site of the anime (sometimes they give romanization spelling as well as original name), but her name there is only spelled in Japanese.
