Don't know but I think the ecchi tag isn't necessary. The character wears white pants (attention on the wrinkles on the hip) and the lightish part on her chest is just white cloth like the stripe on her sleeve. Or is it tagged as ecchi because of the pose and the view...?

Btw I really like this picture. It's well-drawn
