Technically, the "pointed" chin makes the character more...cuter(?) I'm not sure if that is a appropriate answer, but they tend to have bigger eyes too. XD -

^Básicamente tanto en Junjou como en Sekaiichi puedes decir si un personaje es seme o uke segun como lo dibujan, aqui muestran lo de la barbilla pero personalmente yo siempre los he diferenciado por que los semes tienden a verse más "musculosos" por así decirlo, hombros más cuadrados y anchos y por el estilo... además de los ojos (Uke= redondos y brillantes, seme= pequeños y cuadrados) -

@LukaXGAMErs: If you're asking about the chin thing, it's something that's shown a lot in Nakamura's art style. Like Kamijou said, the rounder chin is cuter and leaves more room for the larger eyes. The whole chin thing is really only in her work (from what I've read/watched). -

This pattern is also present in Carnelian's artworks.
In MESSIAH all semes (Koh, Ryouta, Syusei and "grown-up" Tsukasa) have squared chins, while Takuto (Main chara, aka THE ONLY UKE IN THE ENTIRE PLANET) has pointed chin.
But I must point out that the same thing happens to Takuto as in Yokozawa's case, when he turns seme in one of Ryouta's endings. -

I already noticed this right away. lol It was too apparent from Junjou Romantica, so it obviously was going to be the same with this one.
And I feel like this has been wired into my brain (from oogling one too many yaoi content), cause I can usually tell from appearances who is the seme and who's the uke. Stereotypically so, I'd say. -
