I also like DRRR plot more.

Durarara!! isn't bad, I think the plot and the twists were really good, but I never felt this personal interest/attachment I have taken in/for series which I still like "even" after it finished airing. At some point when it aired I was a bit interested into one character maybe, but that disappeared after a short while (even before the end of the series I think). -

Honestly both just have hints of Shounen-Ai though it was subtitle and shouldn't bother people unless they're raging homophobes because in Durarara they actually MENTIONED BL (you don't think that everything Shizuo and Izaya go through isn't for the fangirls amusement?? Well Erica says different) -

@marsh381 you are so far from right, drrr has much less "BL" moments than K, Shizuo and Izaya were meant to just be rivals, them being attracted to each other is only in the yaoi fangirls imagination, Erica pointing it out is more of making fun of yaoi fangirls and their outrageous fantasies.

If only K would be like manga (K:Memory of red)... but it's about Isana Yashiro, not Homra, and that's why it sux as well. Really, if I want watch Black x White guy pairing, I have No.6 and a lot of DGM doujinshi, it's not funny anymore.
K:Memory of red is 1000x better, coz it's about Homra. I've read only 6 chapters, but I love that manga and I know, that I'll be waiting for next chapters...

^ Honestly there's already a lot of stuff about HOMRA, a whole manga all for them, the K SIDE:RED novel... I mean, I love every HOMRA member but I think that the KurohxShiro duo and Scepter 4 guys need more screentime.
So I'm really happy that in spring 2013 will be released a third novel entitled K SIDE: BLACKxWHITE that most likely will be focused on Kuroh and Shiro!!! -

Drrr! character is unique and strong sense of individuality which every viewer can relate themselves with the characters. The plot is really good with shocking plot twist that can make you watch the series again. But I don't have this sensation in K, that's why I choose Durarara!. -

I adore K, but I'll go with durarara for now. Story wise, at least in my opinion, drrr was much better.Still, who knows, we haven't seen the full series yet ;)
Plus I am steadily falling in love with every single character in K, and the animation... <3
Anyway, both are awesome, both have amazing characters and both are great so choosing one would probably create an inner war within anyone -

Me encanta K proyect por sus efectos y su trama, pero Drrr ya tiene un gran lugar en mi corazón, no por el anime si no por las novelas.
el anime de Drrr fue muy bueno pero fue un proyecto que pudo haber sido MUCHO mejor, las novelas son mucho mas emocionantes, la trama se vuelve mas profunda y personajes de los que es fácil encariñarse hacen aparición en las novelas. además, como muchos sabemos, la mayoría de los animes tienden a terminar juuuuusto cuando empieza lo mejor!!

Hablando de la animación en si; K PROYECT supera a Drrr. Y por mucho!. los efectos, las peleas, el diseño y el arte en general son tan buenos que me dan escalofríos y dejan sin aliento desde el primer capitulo. un excelente anime que DEBE de ser apreciado.
Hablando de la historia en si; DRRR!!! es insuperable, la historia de K proyect se queda corta y los personajes pueden inclusive llegar a parecer 'tipicamente fantásticos' al lado de los personajes del universo de Drrr!!! que son tan inusuales,tan raros(tanto en el bueno como en el mal sentido)y son TAN excepcionalmente humanos, que pueden llegar a hacer contacto con el lector. -

Дюрарара, потому что там есть и сюжет и индивидуальные герои со своими характерами и целями. Юмор, несколько примесей легенд и мистики и конечно... РУССКИЙ! Ну кто, скажите какой гений еще додумается поставить РУССКОГО продавать суши в японии!? Это шедевр! а сцена разговора на русском языке? Я ухахатывался со смеху. Вот почему я выбираю именно его.
А K не смотрел и пожалуй не буду... Лишь гифки из него повытаскиваю и то, только из-за наличия эффектов. -

ahora qe ya termino K(con un gran final qe me iso llorar ;w;) creo qe se puede comparar. K es una muy buena serie pero pienso que le falto trama. en k, es como si el trama se qedara en el mismo lugar, parecia(a mi vista) qe avanzaba muy poco y la historia muy rapido por lo que nos dejo con gusto a poco y aunqe la calidad de dibujo era bastante bueno, de todas maneras la historia era complicada de entender(por lo menos al principio)
en cambio en DRRR!!( en especial en las novelas)el trama avanza de mejor forma, mostrando el punto de vista de diferentes personajes lo cual a algunos(me incluyo) nos gusta :D ademas qe los personajes avanzaban en su forma de pensar o descubrian como realmente eran y daba paso a mas trama(por ejemplo Mikado) como dijo leloi229 los personajes de DRRR!! son mas humanos, mientras los de K mas fantasticos.
Ahora una peqeña noticias para todos los fans de K :D ¡YA SE CONFIRMO LA SEGUNDA TEMPORADA DE K!(gritos en 3...2...1 xD)
bien...ambas series me gustan, ambas tienen seiyuu qe me encantan y personajes de los cuales me enamore

+ в Дррр сюжет немного разхуярен, а в К есть четкое понятие чего то. \

K is a josei, a series mainly for adult girls (in fact K: Memory of red is published on Aria that is a shoujo/josei magazine, the same one that published No.6) so people who dislike any sort of things they could find in series for girls included BL hints should just go watching something else, this series isn't definitely their cup of tea. It's like complaining about nakedness and sex in a porn movie xDDD Don't like don't watch!!! Is it so difficult to understand? >.> -

Personnellement, je ne trouve pas que les deux animés se ressemblent... Mise à part Shizuo et Izumo qui sont limites sosie, je trouve pas que les deux histoires respectives aient des ressemblances... A la limite, je veux bien que certains perso est plus où moins le même caractère (Saruhiko et Izaya par exemple) mais sinon, les animés sont assez differents.
Enfin bref, moi j'aime les deux tout autant, j'arrive pas à choisir X.x" -

Оба скучные , имхо. Единственное кто не бесили в кее: это холодный красный Суо да и его лолька Анна, они во всём этом бедламе были отдушиной.. С этой точки зрения в Дррр было персонажей побольше и по-колоритнее. Боевые сцены конечно в Кее были лучше, но с другой стороны не было той атмосферы, что была в Дррр! Да и вообще глупо сравнивать столь непохожие аниме, ибо спор никуда не выведет,а напротив усугубит положение.
Автор демотиватора либо упоролся ,либо тупой Скот. -

DRRR vs K... Well, both anime are awesome =D
DRRR : Win for its awesome twist that will make your face like O_O when you watch it. The characters are also unique.
K : The animation quality is perfect! And the story is (actually) a type that will make you curious to watch until the end.
However, both also has their bad side...
DRRR : The ending! Really, for an awesome anime like it ended with such a way... And moreover, it has no season 2?! Well, I haven't read the novel yet, but there are still a lot characters that haven't been introduced yet in the anime. Brains Base, I beg you DRRR season 2 plz... ><
K : Like major people said, K lose in plot progression and like DRRR, the ending is quite disapointing. I mean, 13 episodes wasn't enough since some mysteries haven't yet unveiled(like there are 7 kings, but only 5 kings introduced yet). Fortunately, GoHands has announced the sequel(altough once again it disapointed me because it's going to become a movie instead of series). And despite of its awesomeness, I don't know why I think the story isn't 'deep' enough altough it has unique character interactions. Well, if I have to choose, I would prefer the novel adaptation(K : Side Red I mean, haven't read Side Blue & Side Black x White yet). It's more detailed in explaining K universe better than the anime.
Am I writing too much? And looks like the bad side is more full rather than the good side...(LOL) Well, sorry for both DRRR and K fans ><
Back to the question, actually I want to choose both since I love DRRR and K so much. But since I have to choose one, I'll go with K. DRRR has got enough vote already :P -

DRRR. Because I could estimate the ending for K. Though I'm curious for season 2 this October. Iwiki DRRR and wikia explained the novel.... it had such an interesting plot and I can't help but get enthused. I love K, but the plot was not as great. ^_^ -

But is very predicable since all the fangirls are attracted to bishounen fanservice (not that Drrr! haven't it but definitely NOT in the way like K does). I admittedly that K has such a good graphics, but I really believe that the quality is behind the looks. NOt to mention K MANGA is suuuper lame and boring. How could you compared that with Drrr!!??? HOW?! pff superficial people... Drrr!! is FAR away better than K...
I forgot to say that K, is the kind of series who people get excited, but once is done people forget them really fast as if it never existed and don't dare to say the otherwise because is really evident. -

We all have our own opinion and no it's not the same. BL and Straight is totally different, Straight is Straight/BL's not Straight. Why do you even care if not a lot of people are complaining about the Straight fanservice? "Are you against straight people??" Being Straight is totally normal this why not a lot of people complain about it. If someone is normal with gay people then good for them or if not well to bad. Some people like yaoi/yuri and some just don't.
