    @DeroyEponine Its Blue. Since there isnt an even number of Girls they used her twice.

    ^ Blue IS the one wearing Mei's outfit, but she wasn't used twice. You can notice a few differences between the Blue wearing Mei's outfit and the 'Blue'(Actually her name is Leaf) wearing Haruka's outfit.

    Or maybe that's just me idk

    The oldest characters ae wearing the newest characters outfits. And I think each character is wearing their predecessor's outfits: Mei's wearing Touka's, Kyouhei's wearing Touya's.
    Touka's wearing Kotone's, Touya's wearing Gold's remake.
    Kotone is wearing Dawn/Hikari's, Gold remake is wearing Diamond's (?).
    And so on. But since Red nor Blue have a predecessor, they're wearing Kyouhei and Mei's, respectively :3

    What they did is use Red and Blue original outfits of Red/Blue/Green and also the outfits they used in FireRed/LeafGreen. Although some call the protagonists of those games Fire (male) and Leaf (female).

    Honestly guys, it's pretty easy to tell who's wearing whose outfit!
    All you have to do is look at the outfit to the left of that person (ex. Dawn's wearing Leaf's outfit so therefore the one to the right of her is Leaf) >¸<
