    It's Naruto SD episode 40, and Neji is practically obsessed that Hinata doesn't get married (and especially with Naruto), because Neji doesn't think any guy is good enough for her.

    So it's technically implied that Neji considers himself the only guy good enough for Hinata. So it's basically implied NejiHina.
