Actually, he doesn't actually have sex with her. If you read carefully, he only used his left hand to touch her and bribe her to talk, as opposed to actual sex. According to the wiki, Sebastian only touches her with his left hand but the reason for both his gloves to be missing the next morning is because the left glove was soiled by Beast' female bodily fluids while the right one was soiled by blood. So for all we know, Sebastian could very well be a virgin! :D
