I looked at her face; into her eyes and I felt the nostalgia of OoT and how unbelievably important to me that game is, and everything I feel when I replay it as well as the memories I have associated with it. The colours intensify this, the detailing and shading take my breath away and so many emotions come to me. Then I'm distracted by how plain the background seems compared to the beautiful image of young Zelda; and then I see a grunge version of her older version. Just slightly behind her, in the portrait as the person who she's destined to grow into and become. Then recede back and forth as Link visits the Temple of Time throughout the game. That this was much more artistic and thought-provoking than it seemed at first, and now there's tears in my eyes and if it wasn't midnight and I had to respect people in my house sleeping, I would be running to boot my N64 up to play this game again. <3
