There is no OHSHC uniform here. Maybe you should google for their uniform and check again? The female's uniform is a yellow dress with a red ribbon (and IMHO, it's rather... lame.), as for the boy's uniform, it has a BLUE JACKET. with the Ouran Academy logo on it. (thats the 'OR' btw.)

This will be a great help when designing school unifroms. I always try to do something different but some many things have already been done - it's almost impossible.
My personal favourite here is the Air unfirom.
Also, I think ther person who tagged Bleach might have been confused by the Reborn uniforms but I'm unsure about the Host Club, though. No one can mistake that gaudy dress! -

The 4th one in the top row is Detective Conan. There are a few ways you can tell:
1. Female uniform is not the yellow dress.
2. Tie is solid green. In Ouran it's a stripped purple and black one.
3. No school patch on the chest. Where Ouran's has one.
4. No pockets. Ouran's has pockets.
5. obvious button. Ouran's isn't.
6. Blue pants. Ouran's are black.
And if that wasn't a dead give away, 7. Obvious pant crease. Ouran's are smooth, no crease.
So, yeah, not Ouran's uniform XD -
