I think it means the Mangaka's favorite is Sanae.

This is literally me in Undefined Fantastic Object. Always pick Sanae. Always. >_> Sorry Marisa your bomb is way too annoying IMO and Reimu .. well Reimu's nice too but her shots aren't that good >_< Though in TD Sanae fails so much oh god. At least Reimu got to be #1 played in TD ^_^ (there was this poll too, hehe even I voted for Reimu there xD She got ~52% votes)
