Already stated, but Clare/Vino/The Rail Tracer is not what I would call a "bad guy." The only people I recall him killing were really bad people anyway. Oh, and I wouldn't call Lelouch a "bad guy" either, but maybe that has something to do with the slight man-crush I have on him.

I agree with most of these, but you can't really call Lelouch a bad guy, he's not necessarily a good guy, but he isn't a bad guy either.
And i agree with Izaya, but being a 'Bad Boy' is what makes him hot! *q* -
I can see most of these guys as "anti-hero" characters or "chaotic Nutrals" but there are some that are just flatout power hungry or insane. Then the onesthat I don't know.
