@pieisawesome (great name btw ;3) I've been a fan for many years and I'm pretty sure America has always been blonde :I And in all the fanart. And stuff.

Indeed, America is blond, but maybe pieisawesome1812 meant that America has the same shade as England, where usually they're a bit different. :P
Who knows, though. I could just be assuming all of the wrong things, haha. -

The King and Queen of Spades......<3 And yeah, usually one of them has a darker blonde hair colour, but they have the same colour here.......And England looks kind of scary. He's gone Rena on us O_O

America's original hair color (in the manga) is blonde and England's is a lighter blonde.
In the anime, America's hair is dirty blonde (a darker blonde) and England's is just blonde.
