Hmm... Okama is a guy who likes to crossdress as a woman. It has nothing to do with one's sexuality. I think the reason he is referred as an Okama is because he speaks like a woman in the Japanese version. Nothing to do with him being gay or not.
This ending is truly the best of them all. : ) -
