  Does anybody get what this is talking about?
  There is a un-coloured (i think) Germany in the corner, but he is not near anyone he knows...and he's smiling...O_O

  The rows appear to be: Nordics, Spain's Colonies, Main 8, Germanics, Asia, Turkey's Group, The Soviet Union, England's Colonies, ...i don't know..., Micronations, and ...real people? (The second to last one in that row is Old Fritz, and the girl in that row is unrecognizable as a female nation.)
  
  I also don't know what the columns are. But it uses the countries' human names, interestingly enough.

  This is actually talking about different combinations of couples, the rows are their country groups and the colums are separated by their hair styles. Those at the last row are all non-countries.

  ^ Ah, thank you for the clarification! Though, do you know what exactly the hair styles are? Try as I might, I can't see the correlations. ;_;
